Every transaction is recorded permanently on Base blockchain. You receive a link showing exactly which verified profiles received your funds, in which countries, on which date — forever on-chain.

A two-layer system: first our AI model scores each applicant 0–100 based on need. Then a trusted local verifier confirms eligibility.

Base is the planned primary network; Solana is being considered. The transfer service is not live. Base fees include L2 execution and L1 data publication costs and are not a fixed dollar amount.
